Anyone erecting an advertising sign within the
incorporated limits of the Village of Alexandria Bay, New York, is
required to obtain a permit from the Village Board of said Village
of Alexandria Bay, New York, indicating size, type and other appurtenant
details before the erection of said sign or display device.
