There shall be an Industrial Commission of the Borough of East Rutherford
to be known as the "Industrial Commission of East Rutherford." The Commission
shall consist of seven members appointed for five-year terms, appointed in
the manner provided in N.J.S.A. 40:55B-1 et seq.
The Industrial Commission of East Rutherford shall be a body corporate
and politic and shall have all the powers and duties of an industrial commission
as prescribed in N.J.S.A. 40:55B-1 et seq.
