In all cases in which the Borough of East Rutherford
property owner is not domiciled at the property in question, it is
the property owner's responsibility to register with the Department
of Public Works the name, address and telephone number of the appointed
caretaker or superintendent of the property in question. The purpose
of this article is to further enhance the good reputation of the Borough
of East Rutherford as having a clean and safe environment and to maximize
compliance with public health and safety local ordinances.
Any violation of this article shall subject
the property owner to a fine of $100 per violation.
