Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1 et seq., there
is hereby created the office of Chief Financial Officer.
The Chief Financial Officer of the Township
shall be appointed pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:69A-95.
The Chief Financial Officer shall hold office
as provided by N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1 et seq.
The Chief Financial Officer's duties shall be
to carry out the responsibilities set forth under N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26
et seq.
Compensation of the Chief Financial Officer
shall be fixed in the annual Salary Ordinance adopted by the Township
Committee.
