There shall be a Municipal Court of the Township
of Maplewood, with all powers conferred by the statutes in such case
made and provided.
The name of the Court shall be the "Municipal
Court of the Township of Maplewood in the County of Essex."
The term of office of the Judge of the Municipal
Court shall be three years.
