The Township Committee of the Township of Maplewood, in order to ensure the safety and the well-being of its citizens and others, orders that all elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters and lifts in the township be examined and inspected annually by the Construction Official or someone designated by him in accordance with Subchapter 12.
The fee schedule for elevators shall be as provided in Chapter 123, Fees. This is to be in compliance with § 93-3 above.
