No person shall make a right turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XXVI (§ 257-62), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A. 
Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule XXVII (§ 257-63), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B. 
The traffic signal installation shall be in accordance with the provisions of An Act Concerning Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated, and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey.
The locations described in Schedule XXVIII (§ 257-64), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as on-street metered parking.
The regulations described in Schedule XXIX (§ 257-65), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as applicable regulations for vehicle impoundment and immobilization.
The locations described in Schedule XXX (§ 257-66), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as mid-block crosswalks.
The regulations described in Schedule XXXI (§ 257-67), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as applicable regulations for the movement and parking of traffic on certain areas of private property.
A. 
Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street or highway, no vehicle shall be parked on any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XXXII (§ 257-68), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B. 
The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.
The regulations described in Schedule XXXIII (§ 257-69), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as applicable regulations for the installation and maintenance of signs and pavement markings.
The locations described in Schedule XXXIV (§ 257-70), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as construction zones.
No person shall cause or permit to be parked any motor vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XXXV (§ 257-71), attached to and made a part of this chapter, between the specified hours and days described.
The regulations described in Schedule XXXVI (§ 257-72), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as applicable regulations for the movement and parking of traffic on private property open to the public and to which the public is invited.

Upon the declaration of an emergency by designated county officials, there shall be no parking on the streets or section of streets described in Schedule XXXIX (§ 257-75), attached to and made a part of this chapter, where EMERGENCY - NO PARKING WHEN EMERGENCY DECLARED signs are displayed. Any unoccupied vehicle, whether parked or standing, will be deemed in violation of this section and will be removed. The owner of the removed vehicle shall pay the cost associated with the removal and storage of the vehicle.
