A. 
It shall be unlawful for any minor up to and including the age of 17 years to loiter, wander, walk or play in or upon any public street, park or public place in the Township of Mullica, County of Atlantic, either on foot or in any automobile or other vehicle, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. (prevailing time) and daylight of the following day.

B. 
The provisions of this section do not apply to any minor accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of said minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or where said minor is engaged in gainful legal employment.
C. 
Each violation of the provisions of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for the parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor up to and including the age of 17 years, to knowingly permit, allow or cause such minor to loiter, wander, walk or play in or upon any public streets, parks or other public place, either on foot or in any automobile, or other vehicle, during the time prohibited in § 110-1 of this chapter, except as otherwise provided in § 110-1 hereof.

B. 
Each violation of the provisions of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
This chapter is passed for the protection of the health, morals, property, safety and good order of the inhabitants of the Township of Mullica in the exercise of its police powers.
Any person who aids, assists or abets in the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties herein provided for.
A. 
Any minor violating the provisions of § 110-1 of this chapter shall be referred by the Municipal Magistrate of the Municipal Court of the Township of Mullica to the Juvenile Court of Atlantic County, pursuant to the statute in such case made and provided.
B. 
Any person violating any of the provisions of § 110-2 of this chapter or refusing or neglecting to comply with any order issued pursuant to said § 110-2 hereof shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court of the Township of Mullica, be punished for each offense by a fine not to exceed $200 or by imprisonment for any term not exceeding 90 days in the county jail or in any place provided by the Township for the detention of prisoners or not more 30 days' community service, provided that the Court shall have the power, in its discretion, to impose a sentence of both fine, community service and imprisonment not exceeding the maximum limits herein fixed. The Municipal Magistrate before whom any person is convicted of violating said § 110-2 of this chapter shall have power to impose the maximum fixed in this chapter. In default of the payment of any fine imposed hereunder, any person convicted of any violation may, in the discretion of the Municipal Magistrate by whom he was convicted, be imprisoned by the Township for any term not exceeding 90 days.
