The maximum that a municipality shall charge for Municipal Court discovery is:
A.
The Township shall charge the minimum sum of $20 for requests up to 10 pages and the sum of $1 for every page thereafter to any person requesting and lawfully entitled to traffic and/or criminal offense discovery material, which material may be furnished by the State Police to the Township of Mullica, upon formal request to its Municipal Prosecutor or acting Municipal Prosecutor. Said payment shall be made to the municipality in advance of the discovery material being processed and disseminated.

Photographs will be photocopied at the rates established herein. If requests are made for duplicate photographs, the actual cost of making the photographs shall be charged.
G.
Duplication of videotapes constitutes an extraordinary duplication process and will be charged at the rate of $5 per videotape.
H.
On any item that cannot be photocopied on the Township copy machine or not otherwise provided for in this schedule, the actual cost incurred in making the copy will be charged.
I.
Where the discovery must be obtained from an entity other than the Township of Mullica, the actual costs paid to the other entity shall be paid by the requestor.
