It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator
of a sprinkler or sprinkling system to cause, allow or permit the
sprinkling or ejecting of water on the roadway, being road surface
and shoulder within five feet of the surface, of the roads in the
Township.

Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating
this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine
not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more
than 90 days, or both.
