In addition to the above-stated licenses and fees required for the sale or distribution of food, it shall be necessary for persons or parties, including corporations, operating within the Township of Rochelle Park to obtain licenses to carry out the following businesses or activities.
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, company, partnership or corporation to engage in, to carry on, pursue or conduct within the territorial limits of the Township of Rochelle Park, any business, trade, employment or occupation hereinafter specified without first obtaining a license from the Township Clerk of the Township of Rochelle Park, and no place, premises or vehicle shall be used or operated for any of the said purposes hereinafter specified unless the license is first had and procured in the manner prescribed herein.
All applications for a license shall be made in writing and filed with the Township Clerk. Applications shall be in the form as prescribed by the Township Clerk and state the nature of the license desired and such facts as the Township Clerk shall require. The Township Clerk shall keep a record of all licenses issued. The Township Clerk shall remit all moneys received for the license fees, as hereinafter provided, to the Township Treasurer on or before the first day of each month and shall make a written report to the Township Committee as to the number and types of said licenses.
All licenses herein issued shall be displayed either in or on the premises affected or the vehicle used and operated. Said license shall be produced and exhibited at any time upon the request of a police officer or any other person.
The following enumerated businesses or occupations are required to be licensed. It is understood that this particular article deals solely with the enumerated sections herein and shall not be considered contradictory or in conflict to any other ordinance requiring licenses or fees.
