This article will authorize the appropriation and expenditure of moneys
for publicity purposes. A contract for publicity services must be in writing,
must detail the services to be performed, with such services being limited
to publicizing the Village of Canastota, and must provide for a reasonable
payment for the services.

This fund shall not exceed $10,000.
