No person shall discharge any cannon, gun, fowling piece, pistol, revolver
or firearm as defined by New York State Penal Law within the corporate limits
of the village.
No person shall, without first having obtained permission from the Mayor
or the Board of Trustees, discharge any blast of gunpowder or other explosive
materials in the streets or elsewhere within the village or direct such discharge
or be an accessory thereto.
It shall be unlawful to discharge an air rifle or gun within the corporate
limits of the village.
It shall be unlawful to discharge a longbow, crossbow or compound bow
within the corporate limits of the village.
It shall be unlawful to hunt or trap within the corporate limits of
the village.
