The following uses are permitted after issuance
of a special permit:

Home occupation.
B.
Professional office-residence.
C.
Public utility.
D.
Outdoor recreation.
E.
Savings and loan association, savings bank and commercial
bank.
F.
Not-for-profit, community-oriented services.
G.
Two-unit townhouse/patio homes, providing that this
use shall be permitted following the issuance of a special use permit
which is conditioned upon final subdivision approval of an undeveloped
parcel or parcels aggregating more than three acres.
