The following uses are permitted in Multiple
Residential Districts:
C. Multiple-family dwelling.
D. Professional resident-office in one-family dwelling.
J. Two-unit townhouse/patio homes, providing that this
use shall be permitted following subdivision approval of an undeveloped
parcel or parcels aggregating more than three acres.

The following uses are permitted after issuance
of a special permit:
B. Professional residence-office in two-family and multiple-family
dwellings.
G. Adult day care.
(1) Use limitations. In addition to all of the use limitations
applicable in the district in which it is located, no adult day care
shall be permitted unless it complies with the following restrictions:
(a)
Not more than two persons who are not a resident
on the premises shall be employed;
(b)
No more than eight clients shall be serviced
at any one time;
(c)
No more than 49% of the floor area of the dwelling
unit shall be utilized for adult day care;
(d)
No alteration of the interior or exterior of
the principal residential building shall be made which changes the
character and appearance thereof as a dwelling;
(e)
Exterior signage designating the residence as an adult day care facility shall be permitted as in §
230-85A;
(f)
There shall be no outdoor storage of equipment
or materials used in the adult day care; and
(g)
The hours of operation shall not be earlier
than 6:00 a.m. or later than 6:00 p.m.

Residential District shall be as follows:

If it is the intent of the owner to sell an
individual multiple-family dwelling unit, subdivision approval is
required prior to issuance of a building permit.
