The following uses are permitted in Industrial Districts:

Machinery and transportation equipment, sales, service and repair.

Enclosed industrial process, service and produce packaging.

Freight or trucking terminal.
H. 
Contractor's yard.

Public garage.
J. 
Parking.
K. 
Accessory use.

The following uses are permitted after issuance of a special permit:

A. 
Area, yard and bulk requirements for the Industrial District shall be as follows:

(1) 
Minimum district area: 15 acres.
(2) 
Minimum lot area: 20,000 square feet.
(3) 
Minimum lot frontage: 100 feet.
(4) 
Minimum lot depth: 150 feet.
(5) 
Minimum front yard: 15 feet.
(6) 
Minimum rear yard: 15 feet.
(a) 
Abutting residential uses or districts: 80 feet.
(7) 
Minimum side yards: 15 feet.
(a) 
Abutting residential uses or districts: 80 feet.
(8) 
Maximum coverage: 60%.
(9) 
Maximum building height: two stories or 40 feet, whichever is less.
Note: The Village Planning Board shall have authority to require greater setbacks or lesser coverage before a site plan is approved if in the interest of the health, safety or general welfare of the public.
B. 
Supplemental regulations.

Site plan approval is required.
