As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
The Town of Wilson official appointed as such to administer the provisions
of this chapter.
Any individual, association, partnership or corporation employed
by the municipalities of the Town of Wilson, the Town of Cambria, the Town
of Newfane or any of the above municipalities acting jointly, for the purpose
of disposing of garbage, refuse, trash or any other personal property of the
residents of the municipalities of the Town of Cambria, Town of Newfane or
the Town of Wilson, excluding the Incorporated Village of Wilson.
The person appointed by the Town Board of the Town of Wilson to direct
landfill operations at the Town dump.
Any individual, association, partnership or corporation not a contractor
as defined by this section.
When used in such context, the act of any person or contractor leaving
in any manner whatsoever any item of personal property at the Town dump, whether
or not the same shall be considered trash, junk, garbage or any discarded
item whatsoever.
When used in such context, the dumping grounds situate within the
Town of Wilson which are jointly owned by the Towns of Wilson and Cambria.
A.Â
No person or contractor shall dump at said Town dump
at any time or in any manner whatsoever, except as hereinafter expressly set
forth.
B.Â
Any person, a resident of the Town of Wilson, Cambria
or Newfane or a resident of the Village of Wilson, may dump in the Town dump
between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each Wednesday and Thursday
and between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the second Saturday
of each month, except when any of said days shall fall upon a legal public
holiday. No other person may dump except by express permission of the Town
Board of the Town of Wilson.

Any contractor may dump in the Town dump between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, except
when any of said days shall fall upon a legal public holiday. No other contractor
may dump except by express permission of the Town Board of the Town of Wilson.
D.Â
No person or contractor shall dump any refuse, garbage
or junk or any item of personal property which does not originate within the
Towns of Wilson, Cambria or Newfane.
E.Â
Any person or contractor entering the Town dump shall
move in and about said dump at the direction of the Administrator and shall
dump at the place or site as directed by the Administrator.
F.Â
Any person or contractor entering upon the dump premises
shall leave said dump immediately following the dumping procedure or operation.
G.Â
No person or contractor dumping at the Town dump or entering
upon said Town dump premises shall take, redeem, pick up or remove any item
of personal property already dumped at such site.
The rates charged for the dumping of garbage, refuse, trash or any other
personal property shall be:
A.Â
$1.25 for each square yard or part thereof required,
as determined by the Dump Administrator, to properly dispose of items dumped
by any contractor.
B.Â
$1.50 for each square yard or part thereof required,
as determined by the Dump Administrator, to properly dispose of items dumped
by any person.
It is hereby declared that title to any item of personal property dumped
by any person at the Town dump passes to the Town of Wilson upon completion
of the individual dumping operation or procedure and that such item or items
of personal property may be disposed of by the Town Board of the Town of Wilson
in accordance with the terms of this chapter.
