Upon the adoption of this chapter, the Supervisor of the Town of Wilson
shall cause the basic rules and regulations, as the same may be conveniently
and appropriately abstracted from this chapter, to be conspicuously posted
in some permanent fashion at the Town dump site. Failure to so post an abstract
shall have no effect on the duty of compliance herewith nor the enforcement
provisions hereof.
The Town Board of the Town of Wilson may enter into such agreement or
agreements as are provided for by statute with the Towns of Cambria and Newfane
for the furtherance of the purposes and intent of this chapter.
