Borough of Abbottstown, PA Chapter 173 Skateboards, Roller Blades and Skates

§ 173-1 Prohibited acts. [1]

It shall be unlawful for any person of any age to use skateboards, roller blades, or skates upon any of the public sidewalks or curbs of Abbottstown Borough, Adams County, Pennsylvania.

§ 173-2 Parent or guardian responsibility.

It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian to permit their child or ward under the age of 18 years to use a skateboard, roller blades, or skates upon any of the public sidewalks or curbs of Abbottstown Borough, Adams County, Pennsylvania.

§ 173-3 Violations and penalties.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay the fine of $50, together with costs which may be assessed by law.
