A certain document, at least one copy of which is on file in the office of the Township of Lower Salford, being marked and designated as "1995 CABO One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code" be and is hereby adopted as the CABO One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code of the Township of Lower Salford in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the control of one- and two-family buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said CABO One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 115-3 of this chapter.
Ordinance Nos. 81-4, 85-6 and 92-3 of the Township of Lower Salford, to the extent in conflict herewith, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.[1]

The following sections are hereby revised as follows:
A. 
Chapter 38, Private Sewage Disposal, is deleted in its entirety.
B. 
Appendix E, Energy Conservation, is deleted in its entirety.
C. 
Fees shall be in accordance with the official fee schedule of the Township of Lower Salford currently in effect (Chapter 84).

Nothing in this chapter or in the code hereby adopted shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding impending in any court, or any rights acquired, or liability incurred, or any cause or causes of action acquired or existing, under any act or ordinance hereby repealed as cited in § 115-2 of this chapter; nor shall any just or legal right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this chapter.
