A. 
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSON
Includes any natural person, association, firm or corporation.
B. 
The singular shall include the plural, and the masculine shall include the feminine and the neuter.
It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any horse at any place within the Borough of Silverdale unless a stable or other suitable building for the housing thereof shall be provided on the premises. Such stable and the stable yard or other outdoor enclosure where any such horses are confined shall be kept clean and free from accumulations of manure that would be likely to cause annoyance to persons residing or conducting business in the vicinity, or traveling upon any of the streets in the neighborhood, or which would become a breeding place for flies. No manure shall be removed from any such stable or stable yard except in a tight vehicle, so constructed and/or covered that no manure in the process of removal shall be dropped upon any street.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600, and costs of prosecution, or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days, provided that each day's continuance of a violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
