No person who owns, possesses or is otherwise entrusted with the care for a dog shall permit it to be in the Borough land area located at 100 West Park Avenue, including the surrounding park area, containing 3.06 acres, more or less, and known as “Bucks County Tax Map Parcel No. 40-6-3-1.”
Any person who violates this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of a maximum of $1,000 or be imprisoned for up to 30 days, or both, along with the costs of prosecution.
