The applicant's engineer or qualified designee shall make inspections
according to the submitted and approved inspection schedule. When
certain portions of the facilities are completed, the applicant's
engineer will inspect and certify the construction. Additionally,
the applicant's engineer must notify the municipality that these facilities
are ready for inspection. The municipality may inspect the facilities
at any time during the construction and after completion.

The municipality's engineer, or other municipality designee, may
inspect all phases of the installation of the stormwater management
facilities as deemed appropriate by the municipality's engineer.

During any stage of the work, if the municipality's engineer, or
other municipality designee, determines that the stormwater management
facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved
stormwater management plan, the municipality may revoke any existing
permits or other approvals and issue a cease and desist order until
a revised drainage plan is submitted and approved, as specified in
this Part 1.
D.Â
A final inspection of all stormwater management facilities shall
be conducted by the municipality's engineer, or other municipality
designee, and confirm compliance with the approved drainage plan prior
to the issuance of an occupancy permit.
E.Â
A set of design plans approved by the municipality shall be on file
at the site throughout the duration of the construction activity for
inspection by the person conducting the above-referenced periodic
inspections.
