GENERAL REFERENCES
Junk and secondhand dealers — See Ch. 379.
The provisions of Article 7 of Chapter 16 of
the Kansas Statutes Annotated, as amended, are hereby adopted by reference
as if set out at length in this chapter. Three copies of such provisions
have been and are on file in the office of the City Clerk.
A person who violates any of the provisions of the statutes adopted in § 454-1 shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
