No person shall post any notice or advertisement upon, or attach any sign to trees within the public ways, on any telegraph, telephone or other post designed for the support of electric or other wires, located in any public street, lane, alley, common, or other public ground in the Town.
Whoever shall offend against or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this bylaw shall forfeit and pay a penalty of not more than $300 for each offense or be subject to noncriminal disposition of the offense under Chapter 1.
