The Dalton Housing Authority shall be required
to submit, at an Annual or Special Town Meeting, the details and plans
for any proposed new housing project before entering into any contract
with the Department of Community Affairs for financial assistance
for the purpose of obtaining input from the people of the Town of
Dalton.
