The playground located on Old Allerton Road shall be closed daily January through December from dusk to dawn to all minors, unless accompanied by a person over the age of majority.
All rules, regulations and definitions contained in this chapter apply to the playground, in addition to any other prohibited activities contained in § 198-10.
Strictly prohibited activities at the playground include but are not limited to the following:
A. 
Skateboarding, roller-blading, bicycling, sledding, and any other similar recreational activities within the parking areas and/or accompanying driveways.
B. 
Use and/or the presence of domestic animals, whether accompanied by their owner or not. (The owner of the animal will be held liable for any violation.)
C. 
Littering, dumping, destruction of playground property, disorderly conduct, use or possession of illegal narcotics, use or possession of alcoholic beverages.
D. 
Smoking or lighting of any tobacco of any kind.
Any person violating the rules and regulations of the playground, in addition to any other penalties, fines, or damages they may be liable for under any other law or regulation, shall be liable for and shall be subject to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, § 1-17. Prior to any party being held liable for a violation under § 198-8, a verbal warning must be given to that party that unless they leave the park immediately, they will be issued a summons for violation of that section of this article.
