All rules, regulations, and definitions contained in this chapter apply to Bundt Park, in addition to any other prohibited activities contained in § 198-18 and the following Skate Park rules and regulations.
The following skate park rules and regulations shall be in effect at all times and be posted at the skate park:
A. 
Skateboarding/rollerblading is at your own risk. Participants are deemed to have knowledge of and assume the inherent risks of their actions, the actions of others and the use of the skate park. Injuries may result from being hit, falling, or colliding. Clinton Township assumes no responsibility for injuries and claims all the protections set forth in N.J.S.A. 5:14-6 and 5:14-7. The assumption of risk by participants shall be a complete bar of suit and shall serve as a complete defense to any suit.
B. 
All participants must obtain and have their sticker/pass on their persons at all times. They must also complete and sign or have signed by their parent or guardian, if a minor, a resident information/hold harmless agreement form prior to entering the facility. Upon signing the agreement participants will be issued a permit and given a pass.
C. 
All participants must wear the appropriate safety gear, which includes helmet, elbow pads, kneepads, and wrist/hand guards, at all times when using the facilities.
D. 
All safety gear must be in good condition. Patrons not wearing the appropriate safety gear will not be allowed to skate and risk revocation of their pass and the penalties of the law N.J.S.A. 39:4-10.6.
E. 
Due to safety concerns, spectators who are not skating may not enter the park while activity is in progress. Spectators must remain outside the fence.
F. 
No smoking, drinking or drug use is allowed. Any violators will immediately lose their pass and privileges.
G. 
All forms of graffiti, tagging or other means of defacing Township property is strictly prohibited. Such activity will result in temporary closure of the facility, and violator/offender will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
H. 
Trespassers will be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
I. 
Participants will refrain from bringing any loose items into the enclosed skate park area, including backpacks, food, beverages, etc. All food and drink is prohibited in the skate park facility.
J. 
Skateboarding is prohibited outside of the closed skate park within Bundt Park.
K. 
Bikes of any kind are prohibited in the skate park.
L. 
The hours of the skate park are as follows:
(1) 
Monday through Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to dusk.
(2) 
Sunday: 12:00 noon to dusk.

A. 
Use and/or the presence of cats, dogs, horses, or any other domesticated animal, whether accompanied by their owner or not, are prohibited on playing fields, except for special events approved by the Township or animals that assist the disabled. The owner of the animal will be held liable for any violation. Those in control of animals not on playing fields will remove all waste left by their animals.
B. 
Littering, dumping, destruction of property and/or equipment; disorderly conduct; use or possession of illegal narcotics; use or possession of alcoholic beverages, except that the sale and serving of beer, and its consumption by members of the public in such areas in Bundt Park as are designated by the Township Administrator after consultation with the Recreation Advisory Committee on the Township’s annual “Community Day,” generally held in April of each year shall be permitted; camping, except for special events approved by the Township; advertising unless specifically approved; and parking in unauthorized parking areas. The sale, serving and consumption of beer on Community Day shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverages, as may be promulgated by the State of New Jersey.

C. 
Smoking or lighting of any tobacco of any kind is not permitted anywhere in Bundt Park.
D. 
Glass bottles or glass containers of any kind are not permitted anywhere in Bundt Park.
Bundt Park is open from dawn till dusk, Monday to Sunday, except the skate park, which is open the hours set forth above in § 198-17.
Any person violating the rules and regulations of Bundt Park, in addition to any other penalties, fines, or damages they may be liable for under any other law or regulation, shall be liable for and shall be subject to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, § 1-17.
