It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to deposit material of any kind in any dump owned by or
under the control of or provided by the Township unless such person
is a resident or taxpayer of the Township, or unless one of the members
of such firm is a resident or taxpayer of the Township, or unless
such corporation either is a taxpayer of the Township or has either
its registered office or its principal place of business in the Township.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to deposit garbage in any dump owned by or under the control
of or provided by the Township.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to deposit burnable material in any dump owned by or under
the control of or provided by the Township.
