No person shall post any bill or advertisement
of any kind on any fence, tree or pole on any public street or on
the property line of any public street within the limits of the Borough.

Any person who violates any provision of this
chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not
exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days.
