As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Any cat or dog which has attained the age of seven months or which possesses a set of permanent teeth.

Birds, cats (excluding any cat naturally existing in the wild state), dogs or other animals normally available at pet shops, which, by reason of their species, condition or character, are domesticated and not dangerous.[1]
