A. 
The Hopatcong Police Department, Animal Control Officer or any attendant shall, in connection with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter.
B. 
The Hopatcong Police Department, Animal Control Officer or any attendant shall have the authority to eject from the park or recreation area any person or persons acting in violation of this chapter.
C. 
The Hopatcong Police Department, Animal Control Officer or any attendant shall have the authority to seize and confiscate any property, thing or device in the park or recreation area used in violation of this chapter.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not exceeding $1,250 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof.
