The provisions of this article imposing a time
limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe
other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the
stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A.
39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule I (§ 143-32), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II (§ 143-33) of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II, attached to and made part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the time specified in Schedule III (§ 143-34) of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule III, attached to and made part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV (§ 143-35) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a truck having a total
combined gross weight of vehicle-plus-load in excess of four tons
upon any of the streets listed in Schedule XXII, attached to and made
a part of this chapter.

No person shall park or allow to be parked any
dump truck, flatbed trailer, backhoe, caterpillar truck, trenching
equipment, tractor-trailer, mobile recreational home, boat or boat
trailer and travel vehicle or other commercial truck or vehicle in
excess of four tons or step-van vehicle upon any of the streets listed
in Schedule XXIII, attached hereto and made a part of this chapter,
except in cases where such vehicles are being utilized on or about
such streets for the repair, construction or development of such streets
or the adjoining properties.
