GENERAL REFERENCES
Alcoholic beverages — See Ch. 129.
The Municipal Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control of the City of Rahway, as heretofore established pursuant to Title 33 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey, as amended and supplemented, is hereby continued. Such Board is hereinafter referred to in this chapter as the "Board."
The Board shall constitute the issuing authority for the granting and administration of all licenses under this chapter.
A. 
The membership of the Board shall consist of three persons, no more than two of whom shall be of the same political party, who shall be chosen and appointed by the Council for a term of three years.
B. 
The respective terms of the initial appointments shall be one, two and three years. Thereafter the term of each shall be three years.
A. 
In the case of any vacancy occurring before the expiration of any term, the appointment to fill such vacancy shall be only for the unexpired term.
B. 
Members of the Board shall be removable by the Council for cause.
