A flag for the City of Rahway, County of Union and State of New Jersey,
be and the same is hereby adopted and accepted as the Official Flag of the
City of Rahway, and said flag is described as follows: the City Seal in gold,
centered on a royal blue stripe being the center 1/2 of the flag, with the
upper 1/4 stripe and lower 1/4 stripe of a matching light blue color.
