Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:18-61.26, the office of the Municipal Clerk of the City of Rahway be and hereby is appointed the administrative agency to administer the requirements of the Senior Citizens and Disabled Protected Tenancy Act.

Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:25-2.1, the Municipal Council of the City of Rahway be and hereby is appointed the municipal body to hear appeals from the decisions of the aforesaid administrative agency.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:18-61.35, a fee of $100 per dwelling unit shall be charged to an owner of rental housing who proposes to convert said housing to condominium or cooperative ownership, said fee to be paid to the City of Rahway.
Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:24-2.1 et seq., a fee of $200 shall be charged to anyone appealing to the Municipal Council a decision rendered by the administrative agency, said fee to be paid to the City of Rahway.
