Pursuant to Article 12-A of the General Municipal Law, the Village Board
of the Village of East Aurora adopted a resolution on February 22, 1926, establishing
the "Village Planning Commission of the Village of East Aurora."
The Board of Trustees of the Village of East Aurora shall appoint such
Commissioners.
The terms of office of members of the Planning Commission shall be three
years, and all appointments to fill vacancies shall be for the
unexpired term.
The Commissioners shall serve without compensation.
