No driver shall stop, park or stand any vehicle in any part of an area specified as a fire zone in any of the parking areas designated below:

A. 
The monthly charge for temporary permit parking in the City-owned Parking Lot Nos. 13 (Cottage Street) and 14 (Blackley Court) shall be established at $10 per month per vehicle or $50 per year per vehicle. The replacement fee for lost or stolen permits shall be $1 each.
B. 
The monthly charge for temporary permit parking in City-owned park parking lots at Kibler, Altro, and Outwater Parks shall be established at $10 per month per vehicle or $50 per year per vehicle. The replacement fee for lost or stolen permits shall be $1 each.
