notification may be in writing or by telephone to the principal office
and place of business of the Water Distribution Superintendent.

the owner-occupant will shut off service at the curb box, and, if
the service is to be abandoned, the service will be shut off at the
curb tap by the owner-occupant at his cost and expense.

be used on all services up to and including two inches in diameter,

15, except by special arrangement, in which case the customer shall
pay for the excess over normal costs.
