It shall be lawful for any authorized organization, upon obtaining a license as provided by Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the Town of Queensbury, subject to the provisions of this article, Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law and the Bingo Control Law (§ 430 et seq. of the Executive Law).
Games of bingo may be held on any day provided for in such license, including Sundays, with each organization being allowed to hold no more than four Sunday bingo occasions in a calendar year.
The regulations and restrictions in Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law and § 430 et seq. of the Executive Law shall apply to all games of bingo conducted in the Town of Queensbury.
The unauthorized conduct of a bingo game and any willful violation of any provision of this article shall constitute and be punishable as a misdemeanor.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
AUTHORIZED ORGANIZATION
An authorized organization as defined in Subdivision 4 of § 186 of the General Municipal Law.
GAMES OF CHANCE
A game of chance as defined in Subdivision 3 of § 186 of the General Municipal Law.
Authorized organizations may, upon the obtaining of a license from the Town Clerk of the Town of Queensbury, New York, conduct games of chance within the Town of Queensbury as provided in Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law, as the same may be amended from time to time, and as provided further in this article. Such games of chance shall be conducted in accordance with the general state law and with the rules and regulations of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board and this chapter, as the same may be amended from time to time.
The conduct of games of chance authorized by this article shall be subject to those restrictions contained in § 189 of the General Municipal Law and in other applicable statutory and case law and the rules and regulations of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board.
Games of chance on the first day of the week, commonly known as "Sunday," may be conducted pursuant to this article and appropriate statutes and regulations.
Any person, association, corporation or organization who or which shall make any false statement in any application for any license authorized to be issued for the conduct of games of chance in the Town of Queensbury or in any statement annexed thereto or who or which shall violate any of the provisions and restrictions contained in Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law and this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall forfeit any license issued to it under this article authorizing the conduct of games of chance in the Town of Queensbury and shall be ineligible to apply for another license for at least one year hereafter.
