No person shall, in removing snow or ice from a sidewalk, driveway,
parking lot or elsewhere, cause the same to be placed upon or around any fire
hydrant in the Town of Queensbury in a manner which would obscure or obstruct
the use of said fire hydrant.

An offense against any provision of this article shall constitute a
violation, punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for a term
not exceeding 15 days, or both.
