The Butler Township Fire Prevention Code Board
of Appeals be and is hereby abolished.
The Butler Township Building Code Board of Appeals
be and is hereby abolished.
The BOCA Code Board of Appeals is hereby established
to handle all functions previously performed by the Fire Prevention
and Building Code Board of Appeals.
The BOCA Code Board of Appeals shall consist
of five members who shall be appointed by resolution of the Board
of Commissioners from a list of candidates who meet the qualifications
set forth in the BOCA Code. The Board shall consist of members who
are appointed for initial terms of five, four, three, two and one
years and two alternates who shall be appointed for five-year terms.
All subsequent appointments shall be for five-year terms.
All members of the Board of Appeals shall meet
the qualifications mandated by the BOCA Code as amended and adopted
by the Board of Commissioners.
