Pursuant to Section 102 of the Vehicle Laws of Pennsylvania, the intersections described in §§ 218-33 and 218-35 are hereby designated as stop intersections, and operators of vehicles shall stop before entering a through highway from an intersecting highway. Stop signs shall be installed at the entrance to said stop intersections from intersecting highways.
