Pursuant to Section 3362(a)(1), (2) and (3) and (c) of the Vehicle Laws of Pennsylvania, no operator shall operate such vehicle at a speed greater than listed in § 218-49 upon any of the streets or parts of streets designated under such limits in said § 218-49.
Speed limits shall be established as follows. All other streets not listed in this section (as 35, 15 or 12 miles per hour) will be so designated as 25 miles per hour.
