As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
One or more buildings or structures, tents, trailers or vehicles,
together with the land appertaining thereto, established, operated
or used as living quarters for seasonal or temporary workers engaged
in agriculture activities, including related food processing.
A location or site where an individual is engaged in employment
in a grade, occupation or profession for the sake of monetary gain.
All places of employment within the limits of
the City shall be subject to Title 25, Pennsylvania Code, Chapter
201, as amended.
The use of dangerous substances within the City
of Easton shall be subject to Title 25, Pennsylvania Code, Chapter
205, as amended.
All migrant labor camps within the City shall
be subject to Title 25, Pennsylvania Code, Chapter 177, as amended.
As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
The school buildings, including grounds, where there are
training facilities for teaching children or offering instruction
in any branch of knowledge and shall include public, private, parochial,
eleemosynary, vocational or any institution intended for teaching
from pre-kindergarten level to twelfth grade, inclusive, and on a
classroom or unorganized basis.

All schools within the City of Easton shall be subject to Title 25, Pennsylvania Code, Chapter 171, as amended, and Title 28, Pennsylvania Code, Chapter 23, as amended.
B.Â
The Building Regulations for Protection from Fire
and Panic in Title 34, Pennsylvania Code, Chapter 37, as amended,
shall apply to safe shelter.
