The operator of a vehicle involved in an accident
as defined under the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code shall, immediately
after such accident, make a report of such accident to the Bureau
of Police as required by the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code, Title 75,
Chapter 37, Subchapter C, Accidents and Accident Reports.
