The purpose of the College Hill District is to protect the character of this unique hillside neighborhood adjoining Lafayette College, accommodating a mix of housing types and development intensities, neighborhood retail and commercial services, green space, and appropriate infill.
The minimum lot size for single-family detached dwellings in the district is 9,500 square feet for A Blocks, 5,000 square feet for B Blocks, and 4,000 square feet for C Blocks.
The build-to line shall be 20 feet for A Blocks, 10 feet for B Blocks, and zero feet for C Blocks.

In addition to other design standards of this article pertaining to lot area and width, build-to lines, side yards, building height, and impervious surface, the following shall apply:
Communications facilities, including communications towers and communications antennas mounted on an existing public utility transmission tower, building or other structure and existing communications towers and communications equipment buildings, shall meet the requirements of Part 6, Communications Facility Regulations.
