A. 
Any lot created either by deed or subdivision after the effective date of this chapter shall be in conformance with the dimensional requirements outlined in Part 2, Zoning Uses, Districts and Regulations.
B. 
Any lot in existence prior to the effective date of this chapter which does not conform to the dimensional requirements outlined in Part 2, Zoning Uses, Districts and Regulations, shall be considered a legal nonconforming lot and shall be subject to the provisions of Article X, Nonconformities.

Any structure erected or any alteration to an existing structure shall be in conformance with the dimensional requirements outlined in Part 2, Zoning Uses, Districts and Regulations.
B. 
Any structure in existence prior to the effective date of this chapter which does not conform to the dimensional requirements outlined in Part 2 shall be considered a legal, nonconforming structure and shall be subject to the provisions of Article X, Nonconformities
C. 
Accessory structures and buildings shall not exceed 25% of the gross floor area of the principal structure and building and shall be limited to side and rear yards only.
