There shall be a Library Advisory Board, as established by the
Town Council, for the purpose of offering advice and counsel to the
Director of the Library as he/she provides for the general supervision
and administration of the Town Library. The Board shall consist of
five members appointed by the Town Council.
Each member of the Board shall be appointed
for a term of three years, except that the first Board shall consist
of three members appointed for three years, two members for two years
and two members for one year.

The Library Advisory Board shall be responsible for advising
the Director of the Library on matters of those policies which shall
govern the Town Library. Periodically, the Library Advisory Board
may report to the Town Council on the progress of its work.
