Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished
by a fine of not more than $100 for the first offense, and up to $500 for
each subsequent offense, to be recovered on complaint, to the use of the Town
of South Berwick.
The invalidity of any provision of this chapter shall not invalidate
any other part.
The effective date of this chapter shall be February 23, 2006.
